Return Policy

Quality problems: We will be responsible for replacements or refunds if there are quality problems within 30 days of delivery of the products. The customer may have to return the product to our offices, and after confirming that the products have not been damaged, by the way, we will replace the product.

If you want to return a product that has no quality problems, the returned products must be in original condition with all original packaging. If you have lost an accessory or component of the product, the price of the accessory or component will be deducted from the repayable amount.

Orders cancelled before delivery do not incur any expense, the amount of the order will be returned in its entirety.
